Caring, confidential & professional psychological therapy for adults.

I offer psychological counselling and psychotherapy for a range of  problems such as grief, relationship problems, depression and anxiety, amongst others. I have a special interest and many years of experience in treating people who have experienced highly stressful and traumatic situations.

Senior clinical psychologist with over 20 years experience in mental health.

I have many years of accumulated experience in a range of mental health settings including public, not-for-profit and private sectors. Every time I see someone I bring a depth of understanding that comes from sitting with many people through their most vulnerable, complex, and courageous moments. Through careful listening, a steady hand, a collaborative style and knowledge of evidence based treatments, I hope to assist people to find their way in living life well.
